Order
When your order is validated and payment has been accepted, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
A pre-order is a reservation of a new collection item that we produce on demand. We will ship the item to your desired address as soon as it is designed.
The items available for pre-order are clearly indicated on the site. All you have to do is add the chosen items to your basket and proceed with the usual payment.
It is not possible to modify an order once validated. Please contact our customer service who can help you.
In the case of pre-orders, delivery times are indicated on our site and in the order confirmation email.
You have 14 days to return or exchange a product from the date of receipt. For more information, please see our returns page.

On each product page you will find a size guide, as well as specific information regarding the sizes of our products in the 'details' section.
A limited edition product at LA JAZZ is an item produced in very limited quantities. If the product is out of stock, there will be no restocking for this item.
