The order will be recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment by the banking service. As soon as your order is placed, the amount is debited from your account.

Cancelled order

Sometimes an order or part of an order can be canceled by our system for different reasons. In particular for the following reasons:

• Item(s) not available

• Difficulty processing your payment information

• Unable to ship to address provided

• A duplicate order has been placed
