LA JAZZ has a 14 day return policy: you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to ship/return it to our return center for a refund or an exchange.


Refund within 14 days from the date of reception of your order.

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition (neither worn nor washed), in their original packaging, with the receipt and all their accessories: boxes, pouches, labels, protections, etc.
  • No refund will be accepted if the product is damaged and/or has been used. The package will be returned to sender.
  • Any package returned after the prescribed time will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • The refund is for the exclusive benefit of the initial purchaser on the means of payment used for the initial purchase. The processing time for a refund can take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned product. Return shipping charges and any potential customs duties will be deducted from your refunded amount.
  • LA JAZZ cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to the package. Parcels for which the customer's identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible will be refused.

We can exceptionally grant exchanges for the same item for a different size. Please contact us via our contact form or by sending an email request to

  • LA JAZZ does not accept any exchange when the price of an item is different from the initial price paid.
  • The customer has the option of requesting a size exchange for the same item only once.
  • The exchange request may be accepted or refused by LA JAZZ customer service (if, for example, the exchange conditions are not met, the item is no longer available, etc.)
